Location: Hamilton, Brisbane
Project Complete: 2007

Breif explaination
The Balaam House is located in a densely populated urban area. The residence has been designed almost as a public feature that contributes to the public realm and animates its surroundings (Arkhefeild Architects, 2007). Due to this, issues related to view, privacy, sanctuary and security have had to be effectively dealt with. Balaam house is a large levelled family home that has been zoned to accommodate the needs of individual users.
